Oh Boy.... Or Girl!!!

You got it! There is a little one in the oven and is due to arrive the 18th of September. I am 14 weeks along and my feelings of queasiness are fading! I personally feel it will be of the male gender because that is what the pencil trick says but for those of you who are like my hubby and are not a believer in the pencil... maybe a little girl! I guess we will wait and see eh?

One Year

Well, we have made it officially to our one year mark of putting up with each other! We celebrated our one year anniversary this past Saturday. We can't believe it has been a year already. Eric and I agreed on that we had some definite times of learning and many many times of laughter and fun.
To celebrate our day of wedding we wanted to take a little trip. Friday was my last day of school before I went off track (Yeah B Track) and it was also my last night of parent teacher conferences. Thus, we decided to just do an overnight trip to a place in Midway called The Homestead.
Saturday we dropped off the furry one at Grandma's house and we headed up to the Park City area where we ate at a restaurant we found on our last vakay. Then, we drove through Heber and Eric gave me a little tour since Heber was where he went to school and such. He must love me because he let me take his picture in front of his elementary, middle, and high school. I told him that we were documenting history! Then we headed to the Homestead and we had a lot of fun. Indoor heated pools bring us joy! Here are a few pictures from our trip as well as a picture from our day of matrimony just a year ago.

Partaking of food in Park City.... we might have accidently picked up a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Apple Pie Apple on the way out! Love them!

Walk down memory lane. I asked Eric if he was from the class of 1988 on the sign to which he reminded me that he wasn't THAT old!

We took this before we headed home. We were sad to leave and hope to return sometime down the road.

Phantom

Mama Jo and I had a bonding day yesterday as we went to the Hale Centre Theatre and saw Phantom. I had gotten Mama Jo tickets for her I and to go for her Christmas present. I remember her taking me to see plays a lot when I was young and I knew she liked the Phantom. Unfortunately, this Phantom was a different version so they didn't have the songs we were familiar with but it was an amazing play nonetheless. Then we had Eric meet us at Crackle Barrel for lunch. It was a bonding Saturday!
