Day of Birth

Well the birthday came and the birthday went! Now we have to start the count down all over! :) It was a great day. Sonya and her family were passsing through town and with Shelby and her family.... it was a day of family bonding. We all went and saw one of my all time favorite plays.... Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat! Then we had a bbq and played games. Below are some pictures of me and my family on the day of birth!

As you can see, I was really feeeling the love! I don't know if I am feeling older and wiser....just chubbier! Oh well, at least I have a good reason for that. :)

Fathers Day

We were able to have a great Fathers Day! It was fun to be able to celebrate Eric being a dad! However, he tried to tell me that he didn't quite qualify yet! I beg to differ!!! First of all, he has had to put up with me in my pregnant state... which is not always an easy task! Secondly, besides the bun in the oven he also has a furry daughter! :) We had a nice breakfast and then we drove up to Wallsburg and went to church with Eric's dad whom I loving call Daddy Yo! He is such a cute man who is always so sweet to us. After church we had dinner and spent some time with him.

Daddy Yo and I

Father's Day usually isn't my favorite day so it was exciting to have two dads to share it with today. I also thought about my dad and how much I still miss him. Even though he is not around he still means so much to me. Sadly, I had to take a picture of a picture but I wanted him included on my thoughts about Fathers Day.

Family...Isn't it About Time

In the last month or so, we have had some time to spend with different parts of our fam. It has been fun to get outside and spend time with our loved ones. The best part is.... food was usually involved! :)

First, we started with our traditional girls scrapbook weekend. It was fun being all together and letting the creative juices flow. We ended the weekend with dinner at Bonsai for Shelby's day of birth.

Next, we went and spent the day with Eric's parents for the day of mothers. We introduced them to Cafe Rio and we went to Heber later and got some yummy shakes. We went to the park and enjoyed our shakes while we were one with nature.

Finally, we had Sonya and her fam come into town so we spent time with them as well with the Dredges. The pool opened so we swam and ate and played games.
