Men and Dogs

Here is a picture of Eric with our furry child. I think that this picture is quite tender!! However, Eric has a hard time admitting his love for the furry one. He often tries to give her away and tries to make me think that he does not like Chesney. What's up with dat?? Let us not forget that he was the one that helped me find her, drove me to Idaho to pick her up, and has been in her life ever since. In talking with other females, it is not uncommon for men to put on an act that they don't like the dog when in reality, their feelings for the dog runs quite deep. Does it have to do with their sense of manhood? Something to ponder!

Concert Mania

One thing that I love about Eric is that he has great taste in music. I always knew my life would be more enjoyable if I married someone who was a fan of country music like I am. In doing so, we love to go to concerts together whenever someone fun comes into town that we think is worth paying for. Recently, we went down to Orem to celebrate UVSC becoming UVU. We saw an awesome concert with Josh Gracin, Collin Raye (one of Eric's personal favorites), and Joe Nichols. It was a lot of fun and they ended the night with fireworks. We get to see Carrie Underwood and Kellie Pickler later this year. We are also hoping to get tickets to see Reba in October!
