This past summer, Eric and I really continued our new hobby of running. We did our first 5K last November. Once the warm weather came, we were back at it! It is something that we love to do together! Now when I say together, that means, I would get up and run on Saturday
mornings or on certain evenings of the week. Eric would then take a turn
and do the same. It was kind of "our" time. When we would do races
together, we would start together and then Eric would take off. He runs
faster than I do! :) However, he would always meet me right before the
finish line and run in with me. We did several 5K's, a five mile run, and ended with a 10K
run! What a rush! This year's goal...half marathon!
On Thanksgiving, I ran with my two brothers and sister in law in a Turkey run while Eric played football! Then we started the year off with a 5K on New Years Day! It was a little cold but it was free!! Who needs the warm weather to run in! Umm... I wouldn't mind it about now!!

You almost make me want to run...but not enough to actually do it. Good job! You look awesome! Seeing you in your PPM sweatshirt makes me a little sad that I took mine to the DI like 2 days ago. Dang! You and your family are just so cute-- love your blog!
Next time you & Eric do a 5k, let me know...I want to do it with you & maybe both of you can help me at the finish line. Proud of you for doing this.
